Infractions and repairs completed from last inspection: Coolers repaired - service cooler at 3.6C, pizza dough cooler now running and at 3.2C. Weekly required cleaning is conducted and premise sanitary. Pizza stand is currently closed for maintenance summer break. Operator to ensure all equipment in good working order before reopening this station. Still outstanding - hand sink is still broken. Replacement parts coming. This must be repaired in 5 business days or enforcement will be taken for noncompliance. Updated written food safety plan for storage of pizza dough requested. Missing splash guard near toaster oven/hand sink needs replacing. Due July 31, 2019 as well.
