Handwashing stations stocked with paper towel, liquid soap and hot/cold running water
Cooler temperatures below 4C; freezer temperatures below -18C; *start keeping track in temp log book*
Switched from high temp dishwasher to low temp dishwasher (chlorine); reached 50ppm chlorine and 120F (as per manufacturer recommendations) on dish surface
Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle had 200ppm
Meat slicer is clean - good
