Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach spray bottle measuring 0 ppm residual. Smelled soapy. Discussed with operator and staff mixing detergent into solution.
Corrective Action(s): Do not mix soap into bleach (sanitizer) solution. Soap will eat the available bleach. Keep as separate steps in the cleaning and sanitizing process.

**Tasting food is an important part of preparing food. Ensure spoons are used only once then discarded for cleaning and sanitizing purposes.
**Make sure to change cardboard daily when used on shelving to absorb food and food spills. This use shouldn't eliminate the regular cleaning procedures for these places.

Generally kitchen looks pretty good.
Cooling units well organized and maintained below 4 C.
Freezers maintaining -18 or lower (when plugged in). **make sure to double check that all units are turned on a t the beginning of the day.
Dishwasher at 71 C at plate - ok.
