Follow-up Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- General sanitation of premise has improved since last inspection (Refer to inspection report #SDHI-CB923T)
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle at back measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site

NOTE: temperature checklist log template was provided to staff. Ensure the logs are maintained every day (as per approved food safety plan) to be verified by the health inspector next inspection.
