Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - During time of inspection, low temperature dishwasher available, chlorine sanitizer reading at 0ppm
- It was observed that sanitizer pail was low
Corrective Action(s): - Operator replaced during time of inspection, corrected during time
- After operator changed sanitizer, final reading was at least 50ppm chlorine residual
- Ensure that all low temperature dishwashers dispense at least 50ppm chlorine residual

Observation: During time of inspection, paper towels missing, hot/cold running water and liquid soap available

Observation: During time of inspection, the following observations were made:
1) Slight - moderate grease/dust build up observed on slats of commercial fume hood
2) Backplash and walls has slight mildew or food spillage accumulation
3) Food debris accumulation on utensils and shelving
Corrective Action(s): Staff was cleaning some during time of inspection
Ensure the above noted areas are cleaned, wiped down, degreased, sanitized
Ensure these areas are maintained frequently
Correction date: 1 week
