- Ice machine now clean and free of grime
- No more food observed stored directly on the floor
- Potato chopper now removed
- Cleaning has been observed. General sanitation has improved.
- Raw foods no longer observed stored above ready to eat foods
- No observation of bottom of plates/containers directly on top of food.

Note:
- bowl observed stored in the raw calamari container
>>> Do not use handless scoops and do not store scoops with the food if the handles touch the food.
>>> Operator will get a new scoop and store it in a empty container next to the calamari
- Please keep up with the cleaning to ensure grease and grime do not accumulate.
- Operator have purchased a new net for the back door, will arrive in 2-3 weeks
- Operator have their FOODSAFE reprinted and will pick up from office as soon as they can.
>>> Please ensure copy of FOODSAFE certificate(s) are kept on-site.
- Temperature log is maintained but please check temperature twice a day.
