-handsink fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
-quats spray bottle for surface sanitizing at 200ppm
-quats and bleach on site for sanitizing
-dishwashing instructions posted above dishwashing sinks - only manual dishwashing done
-single use utensils only for customers
-Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan on site
-temperature logs on site
-soup and chili heated on stove and kept in hot holding units throughout the day, no leftovers kept
-coolers <4C and equipped with thermometers
-freezers <-18C
-ensure one kitchen staff on site has FoodSafe when in operation
