General Observations: Coolers were below 4 degC. Ice-cream chest freezer temperature was -19 degC Chest freezer was not in use. No pests noted. Simple coffee served in an urn (prepared in a coffee machine) Creamer/milk is kept inside the cooler. Two compartment sink available on-site.
