Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): .
1) Inside of dishwasher is encrusted on top, bottom, sides and spray arms with scale/mould/debris.
2) Dishwasher not sanitizing.
Corrective Action(s): .
1) Dishwasher needs a thorough cleaning of the entire inside of the dishwasher.
2) Manual sanitizing of dishware to be done until dishwasher is repaired/replaced.
NOTE: May just need to prime the pump if the sanitizer buckets have recently been changed.
