Owner is recertified.- thank you Bleach is available as approved sanitizer Chemicals are stored separate from the food items in the store, display area. Discussed the following: - removed some expired food products from the display area. Also, the food supplier " Guruji" foods ( 778-320-4001 ) did not provide the expiration date on some products that have been imported from India. ( product of India ): sesame laddoo; rajgira laddoo; peanut chikki. They have been removed. - discussed the premade gravy ( batter chicken; kharora and kabab tikki ) - they will be reheated at the facility and meat will be added. so it become a ready to eat products. no labels required. - do not forget to wear the protective clothing ( apron, uniform )
