Corrective Action(s): Protect food from contamination, keep food items cover. Store onions and potatoes off the floor.

Repair the hot water tap at one of the sinks in the women's washroom. Repair the leaky plumbing under the other sink.
The storage room is clean and well maintained.

Chili oil is made without garlic or fresh herbs and produce.
Dishwasher and fridge temperatures are satisfactory.
