2) Quats dispenser at 50ppm
Corrective Action(s): 1) -machine needs to be emptied, scrubbed with soap and water, then sanitized with Quats solution
2) staff instructed how to manually mix Quats solution. Staff have test strips and will ensure Quats at 200ppm at all times
