- Handsinks in kitchen and back dishwashing area are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in cooler, storage coolers are measured at less than 4C
- Potentially hazardous foods in front service area are all stored on ice, measured at less than 4C
- Freezers less than -18C
- Food contact surface sanitizer is measured at required concentration of lactic acid and DDBSA
- Low temperature dishwasher is measured at 100ppm chlorine after final cycle
- Food storage is satisfactory
- NO evidence of pest activity
- Foodsafe staff present
- Peroxide disinfectant used in dining area and play area
