-Follow-up inspection to July 03, 2020.
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Ensure staff adhere to good hand hygiene practices at all times.
-Spiralizer was found to be clean and sanitary. Spiralizer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Operator has purchased metal skewers which can be washed and sanitized after each use to replace wooden skewers.
-Sanitizer pails were properly labelled. Relabel containers as needed (when labels fade or wear off).
-General food storage practices improved. Raw foods were stored below ready-to-eat foods and scoops were stored in a sanitary manner.
