Comments

-Ensure that all items that are cleaned in the back 3-compartment sink are soaked in a sanitizer solution, such as 100 ppm chlorine (1 tsp per liter bleach). Recommend purchasing chlorine test strips to verify the concentration after it is mixed.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Temperature records were up to date.
No evidence of pests.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Bleach spray bottle had 100 ppm chlorine.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
