QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 73.5C final rinse.
Milk/juice dispenser compartment, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Burger condiments, fries, bacon under time-tracking system. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Fountain drink machine observed to be in sanitary condition.
Exhaust hood vents satisfactory.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure to conduct thorough and regular cleaning underneath floor junction located near deep fryer area. Observed food like fries to be pushed to the far junction of the wall when being swept.
