Observation: Broken/peeling off tiles along walls by sanitation sink. Pitting in floors in some areas.
Corrective Action(s): All floors and walls must be smooth to facilitate proper cleaning and sanitizing. Replace/repair areas noted above, and ensure a regular maintenance program is in place.

- All hand washing stations were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels or air dryers.
- Food contact surface sanitizers used are K-San and Whisper 400. Reviewed product specifications at time of inspection. All chemicals supplied by Ecolab.
- Monthly QC inspections are done in-house.
- All food ingredient/storage bins maintained in sanitary conditions
- Area for yeast tanks maintained in sanitary condition. No pest issue noted in this area.
- Area with flour silos maintained in sanitary condition. Food-grade hoses used for vacuuming silos (for cleaning).
- General sanitation satisfactory in production plant
- Conveyor belts of production equipment maintained in good conditions.
- Air strip curtains maintained in good conditions.
- Bread pans/trays are sent offsite for re-finishing/surfacing as needed
- No leaks in plumbing fixtures noted. *Ensure to mop up any pooling water from sanitation areas at the end of each day.
- All food and food-related products stored off the floor.
- Pest control in place. No signs of any rodent activity inside facility noted. All doors properly sealed to prevent pest entry.
* Ensure a regular cleaning program is in place for ceilings.
