These areas could serve as harbourage for rodents. Corrective Action(s): Organize these areas. Floor area should be kept clear of boxes, bags, and debris. All food items must be stored off of the floor. Correction date: June 27/16 Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Food debris and dirt are still noted on the floor of the office and dirt is noted on the wall in the produce prep area. Comments

Cleaning has been completed along the back hallway to remove dirt and debris. Foods are now stored on a closed platform/shelf off the floor so that dirt will not collect underneath. Walk-in cooler floor has been cleaned to remove spills and floor under bulk food bins has been cleaned. Some improvement was noted in organization and cleanliness of back storage room; however, as noted above continued attention is needed.
