Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No QUAT sanitizer available in food preparation area during inspection. Damp cloths observed placed on drain board of two-compartement sink.
Corrective Action(s): QUAT sanitizer was placed within a spray bottle in the preparation area. QUAT sanitizer must be available for use in preparation areas to ensure all food contact surfaces sanitized often. All damp cloths used to clean/sanitize food contact surfaces are to be fully submerged in sanitizer at all times to prevent bacteria growth.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel observed in dispenser by hand sink in the kitchen area for staff to dry their hands.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towel was placed in dispenser. Ensure that all sinks are adequately supplied with soap and single use towels at all times to allow staff to adequately wash their hands at all times.
