Follow-Up to report ZDER-AV4UAX -Violations have been corrected -Coving around base of walls and floor in processing room have been installed. -Metal sheeting installed against wall behind processing equipment. -No cardboard used to cover ready to eat foods during inspection -Handsinks in Candy room fully supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel -Door sweep installed under electrical room door and under and between double doors shared between unit and Jiva Organics next door. No gaps noted. -No pest activity noted during inspection -Continue to follow all pest control recommendations -General sanitation improved ***Do not leave any dirty dishware in Candy room or processing room over night. All dishware must be cleaned daily.
