Note - "Super Soak System" specific to Save-On-Foods not currently in use at this location - Note - this system has yet to be approved as per Corporate Sanitation Plan - notify me if you plan on using this system.
-Post Health Permit conspicuously once received.
-All fridges <= 4 deg. C - daily logs maintained
-High Temperature washer - >82 deg. C at thermostat - verified at plate level (thermolabel)
-->Note - this should be daily logged as well like your fridges.

-QUAT-type sanitizer dispenser and spray bottles checked > 200 ppm used with paper towels

-General Sanitation good - no signs of pests - "Orkin Pest Control" comes in every 1-2 weeks.
