Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C. - General food storage practice satisfactory. - 200ppm chlorine available in labelled spray bottles. - Dishwashing sink equipped for manual dishwashing. - No evidence of pest activity observed. - Washroom handsink satisfactory. General sanitation level satisfactory throughout. As discussed at this time, ensure to have at least one Foodsafe level 1 certified staff on site in absence of the operator.
