Observation: Damaged, exposed wood observed in cupboard under two compartment sink. Gaps/holes observed which may permit pest entry.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, easy to clean, and suitable for the intended purposed. Repair/replace surfaces within aforementioned cupboard to meet these requirements. Ensure all gaps/holes are properly sealed to limit potential entry of pests. Observation: What appeared to be rodent bait was observed in cupboard under two-compartment sink. Note: No items stored in aforementioned cupboard at time of inspection. No food storage in room where cupboard is located.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all rodent bait and ensure affected areas are properly cleaned and sanitized. Ensure bait is properly stored and is not located within the premises. Date to be corrected by: Today.

- Upright 2-door glass cooler (non-potentially hazardous beverages only) at 1 degree C
- Upright 2-door glass freezer at -19 degrees C
- Ice cream freezer at -21 degrees C
- Food is stored off the ground and is stored separately from chemicals and other non-compatible items
- A sample of food items were audited and observed to be within the best before dates.
- Two-compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water and two sink plugs.
- Bleach on site for sanitizing. Manual ware washing poster provided at time of inspection.
- Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels available for hand washing
