Routine inspection conducted.

Temperatures:
- Undercounter dairy cooler was maintaining 4C
- Ice cream display freezers were maintaining an ambient temperature of at least -18C
- Cake freezers (x3) were maintaining -18C or below
- Walk in freezer was maintaining at least -18 C
Thermometers are available and functional.

Sanitation:
- Overall sanitation is excellent.
- Hand washing sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
- Chemical dishwasher is maintaining 50 ppm chlorine residual at the dish surface after the final rinse cycle.
- 3-compartment sink is functional with plugs.
- Dipper wells are in use.
- 200 ppm QUATS dispenser is functional. Sanitizer bottles contain 200 ppm QUATS. Ensure the solution is refilled frequently to maintain sanitizer levels.
- Back storage area is organized.

General:
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
- Staff have valid Food Safe level 1 certification.
