Comments

General sanitation was satisfactory. Handwash sinks were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, hand soap and paper towel. 3-compartment sink for dishwashing was available. Front beverage cooler, walk in cooler, front pizza prep cooler were all kept <4C. Walk in freezer, upright freezer <-18C. Food in walk in cooler well organized, all covered properly. Sanitizer in spray bottles 100ppm chlorine. Pest activity not observed during inspection. Note: pizza roller needs to be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
