Observation: Rodent droppings observed.

Pest report (July 24, 2019) reviewed. Technician has also noted pest activity has removed 2 house mice.
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean and sanitize areas with droppings as soon as they are found using a 1:10 bleach solution (1 cup bleach: 10 cups water)
- Ensure that all points of entry are sealed
- Keep delivery doors closed when not in use
- Ensure all foods are checked for rodent damage before use or distribution; all contaminated foods must be discarded

Observation: Large gaps noted by receiving door, even when closed.

Pest technician has noted that there is a "large opening in wall by back exit"

Comments

General:
- handsink stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- spray bottles contained 200ppm chlorine sanitizer
- hair nets available for staff
- meat grinding is done in walk-in cooler
- broken glass replaced in chest freezer
- pest control is in monthly
- ensure that all meat cutting machines are taken apart and thoroughly cleaned
