Observation: Observed 2 sets of stairs leading to the staff lunch room to be of exposed wood.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
Service provided: Weight and package dry goods for their sister plants.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. AlcoSan sanitizer spray available on the floor. Staff sanitize food contact surface with AlcoSan at end of workshift. Equipment are washend and sanitized at 3-compartment sink area. Large equipment unable to be cleaned and santized at the 3-compartment sink area are cleaned in place.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Domestic cooler measured at 0.3C air ambient temperature used to store cheese for other processing plant only.

No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
