Routine inspection:

Hand sink provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing with 200 ppm chlorine bleach in the sanitizing compartment.
Bleach sanitizer solution at 200 ppm available for use in bucket.
Ice machine clean. Ice scoop stored outside in a clean container.
Standing freezer at -20 degrees C.
Standing cooler at 4 C.
Ice cream freezer at -10 C. Not in use at this time.
Topping bar cooler and inserts at 4 C or below.
Tapioca pearls are held at room temperature and used for a maximum of 4 hours after which they are discarded (can re-heat after holding at room temperature for a maximum of 2 hours).
Facility kept in a clean condition.
Stir spoons stored in ice water bath.

Reminder: when storing and handling utensils, store them so that the side that touches food/mouth is protected and only the handle is touched.
