Low temperature chlorine sanitizing washer >50ppm residual

Daily Log sheets maintained for fridges
**NOTE: The main washer sanitizing strength should be logged as well -template provided that may be used

Handwash sinks adequately stocked
Proper cooling techniques observed -shallow wide pans, speed racks, ice baths in use
Bleach sanitizer buckets >100ppm as per chlorine test strips -towels maintained in solution when not in use

General sanitation excellent -no signs of pests
Orkin Pest Control comes in regularly -live traps observed throughout -no activity as per latest report

Good Proper Protective Equipment observed: clean lab coats, hair nets
