Observation: No hand-sink available in the service area of the food premises. A hand-sink in this area is necessary to allow employees to practice good personal hygiene while processing orders, and serving foods
Corrective Action(s): Install a hand-sink (with soap and paper towels) in the service area to provide convenient access for staff to wash their hands. Use of disposable gloves is not adequate to replace the need for a hand-sink in the service area.

Observation: -Spray bottles for cleaners and sanitizer (bleach water) chemicals are unlabelled. Improperly-labelled chemicals can lead to unintentional misuse of chemicals.

-Follow-up inspection to confirm compliance with correction requirements identified on June 28th, 2022:
-Sanitation of the food premises is much-improved. Please continue to maintain the restaurant in it's current condition
-Spray bottles with chlorine bleach and water have been added at multiple areas in the kitchen. Ensure to mix bleach at the correct mixture ratio for usage on food contact surfaces (ie. 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per Litre of water)
-Orkin pest control services visited yesterday (June 29th, 2022):
-Rodent droppings have been removed
-Dry goods are now being stored in closed plastic bins
-Please ensure to comply with recommendations from the pest control technician to ensure that the food premises is kept free of pests
