Follow up inspection conducted to routine inspection done on May 26.
- Hand sink faucet was fixed, it is now stationary, and pointing down to sink.
- Sanitizer buckets available, @ 200 ppm. Manger advised that staff put on timer of 2 hrs when ever they fill it up, so they are reminded to change solution.
- General sanitation improved greatly at the bar and back kitchen. Ensure to always reach under / in hard to reach areas when conducting daily cleaning.
- Ice machine surface was cleaned. Need more cleaning for the filter.
*note: facility has a second floor, no food prep at the second floor, not currently in use, only use during Nov, Dec, or if there's a banquet. Keg cooler on the second floor in sanitary condition, cleaned every month. |
