Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher had 0 ppm iodine residual. Sanitizer bottle was empty. Operator switched bottle at time of inspection, and glasswasher achieved 12.5 ppm iodine residual.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Re-run all glasses through glasswasher
2) Ensure to test glasswasher daily with test strips (staff have test strips available on site).
