Routine inspection: tattoo only. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 4 stations for tattooing. All stations maintained in a sanitary manner. Needle cartridges are presterlized and single use. Lot number # and expiry date provided. Blue soap and 70% isopropyl alcohol available for skin preparation. Sharps containers available for use. Ink caps, tongue depressors, dental bib, machine cover, clip cord cover, skin preparation razor, stencil paper, etc. all single use. Cavicide available for use, however expired in 2021. 70% isopropyl alcohol available for disinfecting work surfaces. Numbing agents are allowed as long as a DIN is in place and is 5% or less lidocaine. Consent form and aftercare instructions provided.
