Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer is not available in the kitchen. Staff member rushes to prepare the sanitizer in a bucket at the time of inspection, 0ppm chlorine residual was found. Sanitizer bucket is left on the floor and the same bucket is then left on the counter/ prep area
Corrective Action(s): - Always prepare sanitizer solution before shift starts for the day and change the solution on regular basis throughout the day
- Do not store the bucket on the floor
- Store all cleaning cloth in the bucket with sanitizer solution maintained at 100ppm chlorine residual

- No soap and paper towel at the handsink in dishwashing area

- Several items left uncovered in upright storage cooler

Corrective Action(s): - Donot store any food items on or next to garbage bin. Transfer all contents to other container and protect it from contamination
- Cover all items in upright cooler.
