Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ADIG-CZZU58 of Jan-31-2024 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Soap dispenser of hand wash station appears to be low on battery or not sensitive to motion. Soap is not dispensing until staff attempts 2-3 times. Correction: Staff showed that this is still usable, however, it requires battery replacement. Owner has ordered part. Ensure battery is installed or replace with simple hand pump liquid soap. Date to be completed by: Immediately.
