Cleaning conducted throughout facility, rodent droppings and shredded insulation has been removed. Low temperature dishwasher has been repaired and measured ~100 ppm chlorine at the dish surface. Operator has obtained more test strips Kitchen area handsink has new paper towel dispenser that is stocked. Grill area handsink has liquid soap. Bar area tools kept in a sanitary manner. note: some residual rodent droppings left in elevator room's wall cavity and in the staff changing room. ensure that this area is thoroughly cleaned with a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution.
