Routine Inspection Conducted - *Note: kitchen was closed/not in operation during the inspection. No food preparation observed. Observations: - Walk-in cooler at 3'C - Chest freezer near cooking line at -19'C - Display coolers available, however locked during inspection - Under-counter cooler at 3'C - No hot-holding observed during inspection - All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor - Chemicals stored away from food - General sanitation is excellent during inspection - Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs - High-temperature dishwasher available on site (*Note: not able to test dishwasher as it was turned off for the day) - Equipment observed stored in good working condition and in a sanitary manner - Ice machine observed turned off and in good sanitary condition - Bleach available on site - No signs of pests during inspection - Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site Notes: - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
