The Manager will follow up with new one, but also will determine if a current CRC is in place. The staff file also needs resume, validation through the ECE Registry of their ECE Certificate, indication that the references has been checked and Immunization status.
The Manager will also forward a copy of her updated first aid, as the one that is posted has expired, but she indicated she had renewed it.
