Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Upper shelf of the display cooler unit (right side) maintained around 5-10C. Eggs, packaged mushrooms and tofus are stored in this area.
Corrective Action(s):
- Lower shelf is colder - other produce items are stored here. Potentially hazardous food items were moved to lower shelf at the time of inspection. Ensure to not over stock them or store them over the line where cold air is reached.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- No paper towel observed at the handsink.
- A cardboard container present in the handsink basin.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure to have handwashing station available at all times. Equip a wall-mounted holder for paper towel at the handwashing station. There was paper towel by the work station. Hot and cold water supply, liquid soap is available.

Observation:
- Food debris observed underneath sinks, counter tops (work area).
- Dust build up observed on the ceiling around the cooler fans inside the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s):
- Deep clean the processing area. Take out all boxes and items from the floor/cabinets and clean thoroughly.
- Remove the dust build up on the ceiling.

Premises is a produce store. Trimming and repackaging done on site.

- Walk-in cooler and display cooler (right side lower shelf) at 4C or below.
- Display cooler (right side upper shelf) and left side display cooler around 8C-10C. They hold produce items that are not processed/ non-potentially hazardous.
- 2 compartment sink and bleach available. Demonstrated making 200ppm bleach sanitizer with staff on site.

*Service the cooler unit if you intend to store potentially hazardous items on the upper shelf as well.
*Follow up inspection to take place to check sanitation and cold holding temperature.
