Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. QUATs test strips available.
Prep cooler, walk-in cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and chest freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: On-going repeat violation 502 will result in further enforcement (e.g.: Ticketing) upon next routine inspection.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
