Comments

- General sanitation satisfactory.
- The main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Surface sanitizer available in properly labeled spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT concentration. Ensure to change out the sanitizer daily to retain effectiveness.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items stored min 15cm off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company inspects on a monthly basis.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers: < or = 4C
- All freezers: < or = -18C
- Rice cooker: 60C
- Thermometers available in all coolers, freezers, and hot holding units.
- Daily temperature logs kept up to date. Continue to monitor the temperature daily.

Note: The hot holding unit will be moved to the back of the kitchen, with easy access to the handwashing station. Please move the rotisserie oven from the front to the back of the kitchen. Food preparation is not permitted in the front of the house, due to no access to handwashing station.
