- General sanitation good.
- Main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE trained on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Operating Permit posted in conspicuous area.

Temperature control:
- Upright cooler = 4C
- Mini cooler (self serve area) = 3C
- Upright freezer = -21C
- Four warmers available in the self serve area. Not use at the time of the inspection. Ensure temperature maintains > or = 60C at all times.
- Thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
