- Hand sink properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - Three-compartment sink was being set up for manual warewashing at time of inspection. Sinks maintained in sanitary conditions and sink drain plugs available. - Chlorine-based sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm. - Dipper wells for in-use ice cream scoops were in use and maintained in sanitary conditions. - Ice cream freezers were measured at -18C or colder. - Coolers measured at 4C or colder. - General sanitation satisfactory. Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. - Food storage practices satisfactory. - No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. - Staff onsite had valid FoodSafe level 1 certificate.
