Health permit posted in plain public view.
Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Dishwasher chlorine residual was at >50 ppm at plate surface.
Walk-in freezer was colder than <-19 deg C.
Walk-in fridge was at 2-3 deg C.
Prep line coolers was at 2-4 deg C.
Hot holding for breakfast and meat patties was above 65 deg C.
Cloths are washed onsite and stored in sanitizing solution (bleach at 100 ppm).
Temperature log was available and up to date.
All foods were stored off the floor.
Staff washroom and dining room washrooms were in sanitary condition.
Garbage disposal area was clean. No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
Note: Remind staff to wash hands when changing gloves and use appropriate gloves for the tasks.
Hand sink in line with the drive-thru window to be used as sink for dumping coffee until new soap and paper towels dispensers are installed.
Other hand sink on the other side will be designated as hand wash station for the mean time.
