General :
- Handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold
running water , soap and paper towel.
- Sanitizer bottle and sanitizer bucket had
200 ppm QUATS Sanitizer Solution.
- 3 compartment sinks with sink drain plugs present
-> staff able to demonstrate proper
manual dishwashing steps.
-> Sanitizer at dispenser measured 200ppm QUATS.
