Follow up inspection to the routine conducted on May 30, 2016.

Contraventions observed on FIR # have been corrected.

Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
Licensee utilizes upstairs of the room on occasion with the children,an inspection has taken place of the upstairs areas intended for use which appears well maintained and free from hazards.
While on site additional time some in discussion of a recent internal incident not required to be reported to CCFL.It was found that the incident was well documented.
Reviewed Standard of Practice - Active Play & recent changes/amendments in legislation.
