General sanitation and maintenance are very good. Handwashing stations are satisafactory. No obvious signs of pest noted. Temperature of hot and cold holding equipment are satisfactory. Tested the final temperature reached during the grilling of a 4 oz beef patty, and temperature was satisfactory. Temperature log is maintained.
