Hand washing basins are stocked with liquid soap/paper towel - Acid sanitizer is available for sanitizing. **Bleach sanitizer 0 ppm in spray bottle - make a fresh solution **Discussed a better cleaning and organizing for the back area to aid for pest control and monitoring. **Not able to verify pest free condition due to clutter in the facility and stuff on the floor. Address the noted issues contact the area inspector for follow up. -No signature is obtained at time of visit a copy is provided.
