Follow up to initial inspection Renovations constructed as per new approval plans. Premise is sanitary. No signs of pest control service in place is Ratakill. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand washing sinks with liquid soap and paper towel in use. Front glass washed 12.5ppm to 25 ppm Iodine sanitizer detected. 12.5 ppm at the plate required. Check daily and record reading. Main dishwasher final rinse at plate 100ppm chlorine. 200 ppm to 400ppm Quater sanitizer bottles in use. Cooler at 4C -18 C. -18C and below for long term storage required. Washroom are sanitary with fully stocked sinks Ice machine and station are sanitary with dedicated scoops. *Approval issued by FraserHealth Ensure all regulatory requirements are met before operating.
