Observation: Mice droppings noticed throughout the premises especially in dry storage areas, underneath and behind the equipment, employee washroom and underneath the wash sinks.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Hire a licensed pest control company for a thorough inspection and determine potential mice harborage area.
2. Clean all droppings from affected areas and continue to monitor
2. Seal or patch any and all holes in the floors and walls
3. Place traps or other mice control devices.

Observation: Although most items are stored off the floor, still a number of items ( e.g. pizza boxes, sundry items) storen on the floor or against the wall. This creates spaces for mice harborage ( hiding spots). A number of holes/gaps in the structure were identified during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, the following actions must be taken.
1. Declutter the premises as much as possible, removing all take out boxes, unnecesssary equipment. ( immediately)
2. Move all equipment away from the walls to find any holes in the walls, cabinets or other structure
3. Seal or patch all holes.
4. Consider closing the premises and removing all dry food items, boxes and spices from the premises for at least 3-4 DAYSto help with control efforts. ( By April 8, 2022).
